  • 20 ounces frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 1 1⁄2 cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 3⁄4 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
  • 3⁄4 cup bisquick low-fat baking combine
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon floor black pepper
  • 1 medium crimson pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese
  1. Thaw, rinse and drain the broccoli.
  2. Put half of the broccoli in a 11×7 glass pan sprayed with Pam.
  3. Put half of the peppers, onion and all of the cheese on prime.
  4. Put the remaining broccoli, peppers and onion on prime of that.
  5. Mix the milk, bisquick, egg beaters, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender till clean.
  6. Pour the combination over the broccoli within the pan.
  7. Bake at 400 levels F for about 50 minutes (till frivolously browned).
  8. Let cool somewhat, then reduce into 6 items and serve.
