- 20 ounces frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 3⁄4 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 3⁄4 cup bisquick low-fat baking combine
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon floor black pepper
- 1 medium crimson pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese
- Thaw, rinse and drain the broccoli.
- Put half of the broccoli in a 11×7 glass pan sprayed with Pam.
- Put half of the peppers, onion and all of the cheese on prime.
- Put the remaining broccoli, peppers and onion on prime of that.
- Mix the milk, bisquick, egg beaters, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender till clean.
- Pour the combination over the broccoli within the pan.
- Bake at 400 levels F for about 50 minutes (till frivolously browned).
- Let cool somewhat, then reduce into 6 items and serve.
