These waffles are my new favourite waffles. They’ve a lightweight texture and there’s an ideal steadiness between the pumpkin taste and the opposite flavors. What extra can I say… they’re merely scrumptious, however don’t take my phrase for it, simply strive them!

Weight Watchers Pumpkin Spice Waffles recipe

Components
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon floor ginger
1 pinch salt
4 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
1 2/3 cups milk


Preparation
1. In a big bowl, combine collectively the baking soda, baking powder, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
2. In a second bowl, add the sugar, eggs, milk, pumpkin, and butter; beat effectively.
