The initiative goals to deal with points found by the ANF in its latest Pulse on the Nation’s Nurses Survey. It discovered that 71% reported feeling burdened, 69% mentioned they’re pissed off, 65% mentioned they’re exhausted, 49% mentioned they’re burnt out and 58% mentioned they’re overwhelmed.

A separate survey carried out by the ANF discovered that 34% of nurses don’t really feel emotionally wholesome and 42% are experiencing trauma from the Covid-19 pandemic.
