Skinny Asian Steak and Noodle Bowl

I’m in LOVE with this major course noodle bowl and I’m excited to have you ever attempt it! I like Asian noodle bowls. The important thing to a great tasting one is within the broth. The opposite goodies are only a bonus. I’m pleased to say this broth actually delivers. It’s wealthy and flavorful and loaded with steak, ramen noodles and oodles of veggies. Every bowl has 240 energy and seven grams of fats. This soup meal makes such a satisfying lunch or dinner any day of the week.

  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup purple bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup celery, sliced into small items
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil, divided
  • 16 ounces lean prime sirloin steak or your favourite lean steak, lower into very small items, see purchasing suggestions
  • tablespoons ginger (from a jar), see purchasing suggestions
  • 1 tablespoon contemporary garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon purple pepper flakes
  • 8 cups Swanson’s reduced-sodium beef broth or your favourite
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar or cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup frozen corn, not thawed
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 (10 oz) package deal broccoli slaw or shredded cabbage
  • 2 (3 oz) packages Prime Ramen noodles (throw away the seasoning packet or use it for one more dish)
  • Add the onions, purple peppers, celery and carrots to a microwave protected bowl. Prepare dinner within the microwave for 4 minutes to melt.

  • Warmth 1 teaspoon olive oil in a big nonstick pan or pot. Add the steak, Prepare dinner for two minutes. Flip over and proceed to cook dinner for 1-2 minutes. Stir typically. Take away cooked steak to a plate.

  • Maintain the steak drippings within the massive pan and warmth 1 extra teaspoon olive oil. Add cooked greens, ginger, garlic and purple pepper flakes.
