Newbie’s Thoughts: Humility in Yoga Follow

If I needed to decide only one high quality that separates a very good yoga trainer from an excellent one, it might be humility. After all there are different vital qualities too: information, training, dedicated follow, integrity, honesty, kindness, discernment, along with many extra. This open-mindedness—born of humility—that understands the altering nature of our personal minds and our bodies, and that of everybody else’s minds and our bodies incorporates the seeds of peace.
