Isn’t It Humorous? + Boston Coaching Week #2 Recap

Isn’t it humorous (or painful?) how a exercise that appears so easy in your coaching plan can harm so badly? All of us went into this one pondering, ‘what a chunk of cake!’ I believed we wouldn’t even discover this exercise with solely 21 minutes of working quick!
