Belarusian coach charged after 2020 Olympics defection scandal

The AIU alleges that, with respect to the circumstances of Tsimanouskaya’s removing from the Olympics,  “Maisevich didn’t act with integrity and acted in unhealthy religion; didn’t safeguard the athlete’s dignity and his actions constituted verbal and psychological harassment; and that he introduced athletics typically into disrepute.”

The AIU has not revealed the specifics of the cost and the implications for Maisevich’s future within the sport will not be clear.
